After a series of exchanges, Nigerian musician David Adeleke, known as Davido, sent a firm message to his fellow artist Ayodeji Balogun, more commonly recognized as Wizkid. This followed Wizkid’s playful take on the recent industry controversy by spoofing his leaked bedroom footage online.
Nkechi Blessing weighed in on their argument, suggesting that both artists were merely seeking attention and predicted they would soon release a hit song. Davido responded by refuting her claim, stating that he hadn’t collaborated with Wizkid on any projects.
He also said that Wizkid didn’t have as many hit songs as he did and issued a challenge for them to drop a track together on the same day.
An enraged Davido urged Wizkid to meet his demands while boasting about his impressive catalogue of 80 hits.
“Ain’t shitt dropping. I have guys!! He don’t!! Tell him let’s drop Friday together. If dem born him well he should drop am ready!! I got 80 hits in the can ready!! Ayo please!! Activate me!!! No fit!! Solo short bitchh!!”.
Reacting to it, Nkechi said, “Haaaa 001 don vex finish”.
